With more than 20 years’ experience in Food Technology gained from both NZ and International markets, Eliana joined our New Product Development Team three years ago as a Senior Food Technologist. With loads of tenacity, Eliana is a champion of quality and is committed to doing the right thing, first time, every time.

“As a Development Technologist for Food and Sports products, I continually collaborate with the broader Vitaco community, ensuring we are on the same page about the product brief and requirements. My role is to bring to life (which is great as the name Vitaco comes from the Latin “Vitalis”, meaning “life”) ideas generated by our marketing team, transforming them into real products that will satisfy our customers”.

It’s a challenge for an NPD Technologist to name a favourite product so Eliana has offered a combo. “For an on-the-go snack, the nutritious Musashi Protein Wafer Berry Bar is a delicious treat to keep me going and after a long day of work, I like to relax with a cup of Healtheries Chamomile Tea”.
