Leeza has been with Vitaco for over twelve years and has worked in both New Zealand and Australia. She started in Customer Services, building her experience through a variety of opportunities including in Operations and People & Culture, before being promoted to her current role as Vitaco’s Safety and Sustainability Manager.

“My role is to work closely with all areas of the business to ensure we develop a pro-active safety culture and that the governance and compliance aspects of safety are met; I provide knowledge and support to make sure all of our team members go home safely every day!”

While the well-being of over 500 employees takes a lot of time, care and experience, Leeza’s other key area of focus is the health and safety of nothing less than our planet.

“We need to plan and take action for our future.  Consumers are also wanting businesses to be more sustainable. My role is to help us plan for this and make sure Vitaco is doing all we can to improve the health of our planet.”
