Vaughan started with Vitaco in New Zealand as manager of the Purchasing team.

 He then spent two years as Procurement Manager, before focusing on Supply Planning for Grocery and Export.

In 2010 he moved across the Tasman to take on his current role as Australia’s Supply Chain Manager.

“I facilitate and continuously refine the efficient and most cost effective transfer of our products from our production sites through to our consumers.”

Perhaps his most challenging role is organiser of the company’s Rugby footy tipping competitions, inspiring staff in Australia and New Zealand to strive for annual tipping glory.

He is still searching for his first victory.
