Lucinda is an experienced senior executive having led People and Culture functions within private, public and not-for-profit sectors. With a formative career in industrial relations, change management and generalist human resources, she has a track record of enhancing organisational strength through values-based cultures.

Initially contracting to Vitaco, including during the acquisition of Musashi, Lucinda joined Vitaco in a permanent capacity in 2016. She leads a highly experienced, collaborative, People & Culture team, which includes responsibility for Safety and Sustainability.

Prior to Vitaco, Lucinda led the People and Culture functions for Mission Australia, one of Australia’s largest NFPs, and for NSW Department of Trade & Investment. She worked for Nestlé for almost 15 years, responsible for employee relations across the Oceania region for a decade. Lucinda’s early career included industrial relations roles in cement, concrete, heavy transport, coal mining, gas and shipping for Blue Circle Cement and Boral Gas.
