Roger is an energetic Operations executive with significant experience and success across a diverse portfolio of products within the food and complementary healthcare industries.

Roger joined Vitaco in February 2009 as the General Manager of Operations, primarily responsible for delivering successful operational integration of Healtheries and Nutra-Life. In September 2015 Roger became our Chief Operating Officer. This role includes responsibility for Group Manufacturing, Procurement, NZ Distribution and Warehousing, Regulatory, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Roger began his career at Nestlé in Auckland, joining in a management trainee program which also provided his tertiary training in Food Science. Roger completed 23 years at Nestlé in operational, technical and strategic project roles. Most of this time he worked as an expatriate in Australia and the Philippines.
